Formosa Lab of Architecture & Technology
is a collaborative practice founded by Taiwanese architects Cheng-Hsin Chan and Zhi-Ray Wang, working at the intersection of architecture, design research, and technology.
Our shared interest lies in how design can act as a medium for microclimate research, climate resiliency, and heat mitigation, producing prototypes that connect technical performance with cultural and human experience. We integrate environmental analytics, advanced fabrication, and digital visualization into our process, treating each work as both experiment and provocation.
